Gellan Gum is natural occurred biopolymer that produced by carbohydrate fermentation with Pseudomonas elodea.It is white or creamy white powder.It is soluble in water to form viscous solution,but not soluble in solvent.

Gellan Gum is an excellent water gelling agent, thickener, suspending agent,,rheology controller,etc in broad applications,that includes food,cosmetic and personnel care,industrial,etc.

Available in two types:

Gellan Gum-Low Acyl : forms brittle hard gel
Gellan Gum-High Acyl: forms soft elastic gel

Recommend dosage:

For gelling purpose(Gellan Gum-Low Acyl): 0.06%-0.6%
For thickener or suspension purpose(Gellan Gum-High Acyl):0.012%-0.03%

The recommend dosage is adjustable based on the formulation design.

Packaging: packed in 25kg per drum with pp inner bags.
Storage: keep original seal,store in dry,clean and well-ventilated area
